Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Authors must register and log in to the IJIMS journal website to submit manuscripts. Submission implies that the manuscript adheres to all journal policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant national/international standards.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- URLs, DOIs, or other permanent identifiers are provided for all references wherever applicable.
- The manuscript text is single-spaced, uses 12-point font, and applies italics instead of underlining (except for URLs).
- All tables, figures, and illustrations are embedded within the text at appropriate positions.
- The manuscript conforms to ICMJE ethical standards, including authorship, conflicts of interest, human/animal rights, and clinical trial registration (if applicable).
- The manuscript follows the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines of IJIMS.
Articles Policy
All articles undergo an initial editorial assessment for compliance with journal and ethical standards, followed by peer review. Acceptance is based on scientific merit, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance. The journal follows MUHS, UGC-CARE, and ICMJE recommendations for ethical publishing, transparency, and accountability.

- All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This allows non-commercial use, distribution, and adaptation with proper attribution while protecting author rights.
Privacy Statement
The personal information (names, affiliations, and email addresses) provided during submission will be used exclusively for editorial and publication purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
